Hampton Enterprises Adds to Real Estate Holdings

Hampton Enterprises – Properties & Construction announced that it acquired the Ashley Heights shopping center at NW 48th and Huntington.  Hampton Enterprises acquired the shopping center at a foreclosure auction on May 15th.  According to Michelle Keogh, President of Hampton’s Properties Division, Hampton Enterprises is excited to bring new energy and investment – as well as Hampton’s reputation as a landlord to the neighborhood shopping center.

Also, Keogh noted that the Company also acquired 3.1 acres of undeveloped land near North 27th and Folkways in a private transaction.

The acquisitions are the first significant land acquisitions for Hampton since the death of Hampton’s founder – Joe Hampton and are a clear indicator of the Company’s intention to remain true to Hampton Enterprises’ roots as a commercial real estate developer.
