Construction Field Engineer
Interested in being a Construction Field Engineer at Hampton?
This position will serve as a contact to provide direction and organizational leadership through every aspect of the construction process. This individual will provide onsite field operations and project coordination.
Lawn Care Technician
Performs lawn care, landscaping and snow removal for properties & other duties. May include acting as crew lead.
Work is full-time, 7:00A - 3:30P, Monday through Friday, and year-round

Finish Carpenter
Hampton Enterprises is seeking full-time Finish/Trim Carpenters to work on commercial projects.
Finish Carpenters work to include finish trim-work, casework, door and hardware installation, punch-list activities and other duties as assigned. Must emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship. High school diploma or GED and five or more years of related practical experience.
Must be 18 years old or older and have a valid Nebraska driver's license.

Hampton Enterprises is seeking full-time Construction Laborers to work on commercial projects.
Construction Laborers assist other craftsmen by performing construction related tasks in many areas, including concrete, structural steel, carpentry, drywall, and other miscellaneous tasks. Must emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship. High school diploma or GED and related experience preferred.
Must be 18 years old or older and have a valid Nebraska driver's license.

Lead Mechanic
Hampton Enterprises is seeking full-time Lead Mechanic. Responsible for the safe and efficient repair and maintenance of all company owned equipment in a manner that is cost effective and timely. Performs work to diagnose, repair, overhaul, and maintain fleet vehicles and other company equipment. Incumbent is also responsible for the supervision of the daily operations of the mechanic department, ensuring that all fleet equipment is maintained in a safe and serviceable manner.
High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Five or more years of related experience in fleet management. Associate degree in related discipline preferred.
Must have a valid Nebraska driver's license, CDL preferred.
Must provide own set of appropriate tools for automotive and equipment maintenance and repair.
Must be proficient in servicing and repairing various construction equipment. Including but not limited to skid-steers, telehandlers, tractor/trailers, miscellaneous hydraulics, small engines, etc.
Excellent planning and leadership abilities, basic computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to keep track of and report on activity, and good analytical/critical thinking required.
Professional Certification is a plus, but not required.
