Hampton Commercial Construction is seeking a full-time Superintendent to manage construction projects.

Manages all on-site construction related activities, including supervision of personnel. Must emphasize safety, profitability and customer satisfaction. Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid Nebraska driver's license (CDL preferred).

Competitive wage based on skills / experience.

Hampton Enterprises, a local property management company with more than 75 years in business, is looking for a skilled and hard-working lawn care specialist to add to our team. In this position, it will be your responsibility to help us manage our commercial properties. Your main job will be to take care of the lawns. That means you’ll spend much of your time mowing grass, trimming, maintaining landscape beds, and snow removal.
