Incumbent must be capable of exercising independent judgement. All duties will be performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include maintaining flower beds, flower pots, and landscape beds. Applying fertilizers, maintaining landscape design integrity by removing weeds and dead plants and caring for annual flower planters and perineal beds on all Hampton properties. Conducting general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, landscape beds. We expect all our team members to always provide excellent service to our customers.

Hampton Enterprises is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician for commercial buildings. Primary duties are to manage and assist in the completion of the day-to-day activities, involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery including HVAC, building lighting systems, security & fire alarms, and overall facility appearance. Responsible for maintaining the quality and quantity of his/her work up to acceptable company standards and in accordance with established policies. Responsible for representing Hampton Enterprises to the customer and the general public in a manner that promotes good relationships.
