Region V Services

Region V Services had a very firm budget on this project which was initiated by an RFP to local developers. After Region V selected Williamsburg Village as a location and Hampton as a contractor, Hampton worked with the design team to ensure the building would be within Region V’s budget yet remain high quality, low maintenance and still meet the Williamsburg Village covenants.

Teaming with Region V and the architect early on in the process allowed Hampton to share lessons learned in other Williamsburg building projects and ensured a smooth project all the way through.
