Lincoln Public Schools District Office

The District Office project had a set schedule (18 months) and a tight job site with the building sitting mere feet from the busy 'O' Street/Highway 34. After awarding the project to Hampton the District the project increased in scope to include a basement under the new building. This new scope required a high level of management and contact with the owner, architect, and subcontractors along with creative problem solving to avoid a delay in the completion of the project with no change in the original deadline. The project also required a significant amount of coordination with the developer constructing a retail strip adjacent to the new LPS building.
