Aurora Cooperative Administrative Headquarters

This project is a modified two-story building at the Leadership Center Campus in Aurora, Nebraska. The design utilized recognizable agricultural features such as the open beam construction which paid homage to the Cooperative's core business and customers but also incorporated switchable privacy glass and high-tech sun screens on the glass curtain wall that spanned the entire east end of the building.

The Aurora Cooperative office complex serves as an innovative venue for Nebraska youth, hosting workshops, contests, and hands-on business activities for all young leaders visiting the campus.
