UNICO Group’s new office space in the 3 Landmark Centre building consisted of very modern, high end office finishes such as switchable privacy glass and lots of glass office fronts.

UNICO Group’s space was unoccupied, however, with Rembolt Ludtke, LLP and the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce occupying the floors above and below, respectively, the project involved scheduling work around existing tenants’ needs.
