The new 2-level home for NMPP in GlynOaks Plaza provides office space, conference areas, and a hardened control center assuring that NMPP can continue to deliver utilities in the event of a natural disaster.

The high performance exterior envelope utilizes rain screen cladding in a range of materials including: ipe wood, slate, stone, zalmag metal panels and fiber cement panels. Interior spaces enjoy views and natural light, creating a comfortable office environment for its 50 employees to work and interact. Geothermal energy, high efficiency mechanical and lighting components and high performance envelope contribute to low operating costs.
