Lincoln Public Schools - Roper Elementary

The Roper Elementary School project in Lincoln, NE consisted of a 45,000 square foot addition. The project was constructed with steel framing along with brick veneer and Dri-Design metal wall panels for the exterior finish. The interior of the addition included a gym with an upper mezzanine, kitchen, classrooms, and a new administration area. Existing soccer fields were re-graded and seeded along with additional parking and a loop drive. Ninety holes were drilled for the geothermal system and wall switch sensors were added to help keep energy consumption down.
