Immanuel Communities - Harbor House

The Harbor House is a new senior living facility in Williamsburg Village.  The project included 15 resident rooms - two of which can be a suite for a single resident or serve as companion rooms - a first in senior living care in Lincoln, NE, as well as a large rehabilitation room, kitchen, shared dining and living facilities and attached garage. 

A proposed project timeline was presented to Immanuel during the interview phase of the RFP.  We completed the project in line with that proposed timeline.
