Farmhouse Fraternity

Demolition and replacement of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln FarmHouse Fraternity. The new building is a 3-story structure with a stone and fiber cement exterior. The dining and living room areas are 2-stories high. The building has multiple private and group study areas. The project included a bio-retention pond that collects rainfall, filters the silt and debris, and diverts the water to the storm drain system.
