Lawn Care Technician
Hampton Enterprises, a local property management company celebrating its 75th anniversary, is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our company. Includes lawn care and snow removal duties primarily on Hampton owned properties. Must know a variety of lawn care tools and techniques and be able to take directions. The position is full time, year-round. There is an opportunity to grow and learn other aspects of grounds maintenance such as irrigation and tree care. We expect all our team members to always provide excellent service to our customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
· 18 years old or older
· Pesticide certification a plus
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Able to perform physical work requiring stamina
Finish/Trim Carpenters
Hampton Enterprises is seeking full-time Finish/Trim Carpenters to work on commercial projects.
Finish Carpenters work to include finish trim-work, casework, door and hardware installation, punch-list activities and other duties as assigned. Must emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship. High school diploma or GED and five or more years of related practical experience.
Must be 18 years old or older and have a valid Nebraska driver's license.
Construction Laborer
Hampton Enterprises is seeking full-time Construction Laborers to work on commercial projects.
Construction Laborers assist other craftsmen by performing construction related tasks in many areas, including concrete, structural steel, carpentry, drywall, and other miscellaneous tasks. Must emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship. High school diploma or GED and related experience preferred.
Must be 18 years old or older and have a valid Nebraska driver's license.
Construction Project Manager
Hampton Enterprises is seeking a full-time Project Manager to manage construction projects, minimizing cost and risk, while ensuring that all project outcomes are risk managed, budgeted effectively, and delivered in a timely manner.
Project Manger, Construction provides management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
Graduate of a four-year Bachelor degree program in construction management or construction science. Five years or more of project management experience, supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
